Viewpoint

I was dashing around all day and then I realised that I had not got a blip. It was an hour before I was due at the dentist and I knew I wouldn't be bothered to get anything after a filling.

So I dashed quickly to the park on my way between things and hopped out an grabbed this. For the eagle eyed amoungst you it's the same spot as yesterday except I have stood behing the bench.

I am now retreating to the sofa, pooped. I have done a run and had a filling today (amoungst everything else), I hurt. Apologies if I don't get to you this evening.
