I have taken hardly any photos today! We were up early and out to walk with Merry to Facebark in Reigate. It is so good to see about 30 dogs having fun together off the lead :-)
We went along the High Street afterwards, saw an exhibition at a small gallery (“When Palmer met Blake” - Samuel Palmer lived in Reigate for the last 20 years of his life and is buried here). Sarah quite fancied a picture which cost £7,000 but bought a vase with hares on it instead.
We had a Lebanese lunch - Merry quite fancied the olives.
We spent the afternoon knitting and watching “Bad Sisters” until it was time for my brother and Ewa to pick me up and whisk me off to Uckfield, where we all had a meal at my favourite Indian restaurant.
Now it’s just me, Mum and Dad, and time for bed. I will have to catch up on blips another time :-)
So sorry to hear that Janey Godley had died today. The same age as me but a lot funnier.
