Oxenholme

Or 'Oxenholme, The Lake District' to give its full and slightly archaic name. I'm not sure I can recall any other station that has a qualifier like that. 

I was here today, after a morning in the office, to travel down to Manchester to meet up with my old chum, E, for a few beers and a bite to eat.

We met at Piccadilly, and had a couple of drinks at the Waldorf before moving on to Peveril Of The Peak, and then The Britons Protection, before ending up at El Rincon de Rafa for tapas.

I think that as ever we managed to chat continuously for five hours about nothing in particular!
