Stretton Hills
A friend of my daughter's has moved to Church Stretton this week. She was in need of a refrigerator and I had a spare one so today I drove it over there. On arrival I discovered it was a first floor, not ground floor, flat. Eventually got it up the stairs and in. I needed a good walk after that so headed up the Carding Mill Valley, past the Lightspout waterfall and onto the Long Mynd. The valley was busy with half-term visitors but up on the hills there were far fewer people. My blip is the return route along part of the Jack Mytton Way between Calf Ridge and Haddon Hill with Church Stretton in the distance. After yesterday's sunshine the weather was dismal but dry.
