No Takers
I noticed a few days ago that there was a pile of books in the bus shelter, presumably free to a new home. Today only two remain. I'm sure the Alan Whicker one will go, maybe the US flag is putting people off at the moment. Not sure anyone would want the Fayed one now. Perhaps the whole thing was a ploy to get rid of that one anonymously :-)
It reminded me of the time I bought Tony Blair's memoir in a charity shop, in Chipping Sodbury as it happens. The assistant asked me if I want to have it wrapped a plain brown paper bag.
I actually went for a walk to get some Halloween decorations images, but it was pretty disappointing, hardly anything still on display this year.
In other news I had to be up bright and early today for my routine endoscopy, 8am but at least you are then first on the list. It was fun :-(

It's November
It certainly is!
