Huge Halloween Bubbles

As I arrived at the grocery store this afternoon, I found a mother and child creating humongous soap bubbles. 
The bubbles were blowing across the road and bursting on the cars passing by.
These soapy shenanigans were a new and unusual activity.
I burst a particularly large one bubble as I pulled into the parking lot.
Before going to buy groceries, I walked back to capture my blip.
Those two certainly were having fun, but it remains a mystery to me as to why they chose this particular place to blow bubbles.
