Otley Market

Drove to Otley with Elaine this morning to get the spinach and ricotta rolls from the Italian baker.
It’s a very good monthly market and one l have supported from its inception many years ago.
I looked at the baker and realised he now has grey hair unlike the thick black locks of his twenties when he was first starting out.
Decided to do a montage of some of the other stalls for my blip, difficult to decide what to leave out.
The clog man was carving out a pair as he waited for customers, local honey, olive oils , organic veg and really good quality meat. Cheese stall and one with lavender products. The Indian food stall is very good, superb home made curry sauces with fresh pakora and samosas .
Then came home and caught the new bus service into Ilkley.( I bought a long , full skirt in Abersoch last week, l was with Rebecca and Adele and we agreed it could be suitable for a wedding .) So today l went to different shops to see what could go with it. Mint Velvet and Jigsaw were particularly helpful. Not my usual style of clothing. Was told l have a quirky dress sense and think l would agree on that. Got some ideas to work on.
Late afternoon we went to the Queens, my local for a roast dinner and a bottle of red.
Home now and catching up on the last radio show of Johnnie Walker, very emotional, he has been a big part of our lives.
Then Strictly results.
