No sense of direction, no common sense :-(

Andrew's Motors rang me on Monday so say that the repairs to Abi's car, and the consequent passing of its MOT, had taken place ahead of schedule. Excellent, I told them, I'd come into collect it, first thing today. 

Thus, I popped Andrew's Motors into the SatNav, selected the 'walking' option, and set off at half-past eight. As you might allow, the route was slightly different than by car...

... but I guess most people would have been surprised by just how different. Suffice to say, when I arrived at Andrew's Motors at ten past nine, I realised that it was one of two. The one I wanted was two and a half miles away.

Anyway, it made for an enjoyable extended walk, passing, amongst many other places, these lovely brick buildings.
