Our last full day in Oxford.

We left late morning for our park and ride into town.  Balliol college was open so we took the opportunity to have a browse but we couldn’t visit the great hall whilst the students dined .

Onto get tickets to visit Bodliean library only to find the tour we wanted to do wasn’t available.  Disappointed as we saved that for today as we knew the weather wasn’t so good.  Lucy went off to a nail bar to get her nails done.  I had a wander and sat on a bench reading my kindle and people watching until I got a little cold and decided to head to the Ashmolean Museum and wait for Lucy to meet me there.  I had booked afternoon tea in the roof terrace of the museum.  That was the only time we had rain.

After our tea we went back to the college to look around the great hall and then made our way back to our apartment.
