Heading home

An early start to our day as son G left at 4 am to drive to Edinburgh for his London flight then back to Austin Texas . A short but very enjoyable visit as he came to Scotland for a friend’s wedding - a bonus for us . 

I suppose like most mums Mrs AMK worries about her wee boy ( age 41! ) so I had to track him safely to Edinburgh ( modern iPhone technology) and then to Heathrow. He wasn’t even safe from tracking as he crossed the Atlantic and finally landed in Texas as we prepared to go to sleep. Thankfully she was happy to accept he would then be safe !
