Tabbouleh

Just me and our kid today. After a sleepless night (too hot, too cold, too noisy etc.) I was absolutely wiped so it was just as well Audrey was in one of her naptastic moods, which allowed me to get my head down too.

Woke up feeling revitalised so went on a two hour round trip to Didsbury where we met Jo for sundowners at Alberts.

Made some homemade burgers for Audrey and tabbouleh for tea. Lovely it was too.

Just caught the Royals leaving the hospital on Channel 4 news. Brought a tear to my eye. I can't get enough of this Royal Baby Fever, soppy get that I am!
