Follow that wolf!
Blast Furness were at the Winter Droving in Penrith today. We played two sets in the afternoon sunshine, with some great dancing and audience participation, then by this evening the rain had started - but that didn't dampen the audience's spirit or the flames of the torch carriers you can see in the middle of the photo. We didn't follow the wolf, we were at the front of the parade just behind the ram's head shown in the extra - the ram is meant to be symbolic of the historic droving of sheep and cattle through Penrith on their route from Scotland down to London.
