Kantasatama, the oldest port of Kotka

Kotka is a small town with the second largest export and transport port in Finland. It´s the largest Finnish port for car imports because of Russian transit demand. Yet a year ago all was very well. Then the recession struck.
Museum and culture centre Vellamo fortunately opened to the public last year. You can see it in the background. It´s a gorgeous place.
