If I Could Turn Back Time

Well, obviously I can. The hi-tech iPad tells me that it is just after 4.30pm. Yet the low tech alarm clock says it is only just after 3.30pm!
After a late night last night - and in anticipation of a hectic week ahead - today has been very much about relaxing and doing as little as possible. The one thing I have been doing though, is to start to alter the clocks in the house in anticipation of the end of British Summer Time tonight.
There aren’t that many that need manually adjusting nowadays, to be honest, as most things that record time in and around the house will update automatically in the middle of the night through some sort of wizardry. Or by being connected to t’internet or similar. I prefer the magical explanation.
The only problem is that the clocks that have been altered now outnumber the digital ones. Which means I really don’t have a clue what time it is any more. I think it might be easier just to go to bed when it gets dark, in the knowledge that when I wake up, all devices that display time in our house will be showing the same time.
Except the one on the motorbike. As the bike is unlikely to come out of the garage before next March, its clock can stay set to BST…
