Solar powered

Not sure about that as a source of energy for us humans. Seems to be so much that is invigorating and good for us and then a whole extra level where we just wilt. Well I certainly have today. Despite many thunderstorms and lots of rain the air doesn't seem to be any fresher. Possibly didn't help matters by going to Bikram Yoga but am happy that it was a great session and exorcised the horrendous one from last week.

Am optimistically hoping these will fit in the case to Spain as here we have only been outside when it is dark enough to use them once which seems an awful waste but trying to live a normal working life in this heat does seem to involve early bedtimes.
