Last day in Norfolk

It’s our last day with the little family, and as such it’s very much a ‘mooching’ around schedule. Solveig wants to visit Creake Abbey, so we wander round the delightfully quiet and uncommercial ruins as well as enjoying time in the adjacent tearooms.

It’s then on to Burnham Market, a wander round the independent shops, and a drink sitting outside in the sunshine - it’s the most gorgeous autumn day.

Finally we return to the coast, a wander around Brancaster Staithe - me taking photos while the others walk along the boardwalk - before a last night meal at The White Horse overlooking the marshes.

It’s been a fabulous week - getting to know this delightful corner of north Norfolk and spending time with the gorgeous Lili!

So today’s main is a shot of some boats at Brancaster Straithe, with extras of Lili being particularly entertaining in The White Horse, Creake Abbey ruins, and us in Burnham Market.
