Squidtastic

Nate came home from school having made these lovely squid - he was very proud and gifted each family member one!
I had a very productive morning, Gemma and I met in a cafe and got down to work - me essay, her sermon prep. Plus Lighthouse church admin, 24-7 admin... Danny collected homeless washing and did all sorts. A lot done in a few hours. It felt good.
This evening Todd and Stephen popped round to say bye, they're off to their other home tomorrow, back to Atlanta.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Getting my essay written - loads of editing to do, but I've got a start, middle and end!
2) Having a work companion - it helped me stay focused having someone else on the other side of the table.
3) Nate being so proud of his creations.
