Feliz cumple Sara!

Today has alllll been about the very big family news that we're getting a cat! Asha's always always been desperate for a cat, and this week our friend (who works for a cat charity here) found the perfect cat for us. He's been abandoned and is desperate for human contact, very friendly and affectionate. We told Asha and she cried and cried... And cried on and off all day - it's touched a very deep nerve for her. She's utterly over the moon.

Tonight Sara and I headed to the other side of the island to celebrate her birthday with these guys. Lots of live music and pintxos.


Today I'm grateful for;
1) The cat that is already bring Asha so much joy... And grateful for our landlord saying yes to us having a pet!
2) A big declutter in Asha's bedroom.
3) Celebrating Sara.
