Pinboard #29 (Friday 25th October 2024)
Most days this week, including today, I have walked into Calne and back via different routes, but as I haven't wanted to repeat myself and nothing has especially caught my eye I haven't been taking pictures.
Since I have not posted a Blip since last Saturday I decided to renew my non-music pinboard this afternoon. I hope I haven't used any of these magazine pages before.
From left to right: Gillian Anderson, 2002; All Souls, Langham Place (the last surviving church designed by John Nash) from Regent Street, with Broadcasting House behind it (as passed daily on my walk to work from Oxford Circus tube, 1975-1985); some loaded Second World War propaganda; a pop-art Roy Lichtenstein piece as depicted in the Independent, 1991; some gannets; a Peter Blake, as reproduced for a Sunday Times supplement, 1983.
