I was invited to a neighbour's garden for a dog party. Four Spaniels and a Cockerpoo.

The dogs played and we had tea and chat, which was very agreeable.

Here the three rogues are waiting for a treat. The other two are camera shy. 

Nice to have dog loving friends and kind neighbours who want to help in a crisis!

This morning I mowed the lawn and started trimming the big hedge, which will be a three day job.

Taking it steady but keeping busy is the name of the game.
