Beautiful morning out with the dogs. We were supposed to be having a family afternoon out but when I got home the kids were still in their jammies and Mike was fast asleep in bed (feeling under the weather). So I made a start on ripping off the stair carpet because it's horrible and I didn't feel like hoovering it yet again! I woke Mike up with the noise and he got up and started at the top and we met in the middle. Took longer than expected to get all the wooden battens off and pull out all the tacks and staples. But I'm glad it's gone! 

Then we went into Leicester to buy the flooring for the snug before going back to do the horses. I did some lungeing with Indy but he was a bit spooky coming in (nearly lost him coming up the yard) and it took him a while to settle.
