Shadows

Hospice Day 4.  Shadows is the theme for today's Wide Wednesday hosted by Claire.  Being restricted to my room in the hospice my options are limited.  I took the main picture this morning through the window.   Shadows across the table from the fencing.  I Couldn't resist taking a pic of my supper, mushroom soup and strawberry cheesecake., complete with shadows, see extras. 

It was lovley to have Jo , Ann and Emma as visitors.   Jo brought a black americano and a bunch of grapes, both very welcome.
