Purple (Day 3453)

Back at the bathroom re-fit this morning I was surprised to find the house deserted and locked. There has been a team of joiners and decorators doing internal wall insulation work but there was no sign of them today. Thankfully the landlord lives about 100 yards away so it didn't take long to get into the house.
I spent the morning chopping out a bit of the concrete floor to get the shower waste in place, then got the shower tray stuck down. 
I had lunch on the way to the merchants to collect stuff to re-build the soil stack, and once that was done I got the old loo out and capped the now redundant waste.
Back home to an empty house because my beautiful wife is doing her last overnight shift of care work.
