Birdseed In Motion!

I did not go for a walk this morning, so I was counting on the birds at the deck rail buffet for a blip with the challenge of "Motion" and they did, though they took their time getting to the buffet and even longer to illustrate motion that I could photograph!  An adorable juvenile male Cardinal came by first and I got many sweet shots of him, but no motion.  Then the Chickadees showed up and they provided me with plenty of motion, but they were so fast coming to the rail for just a few seconds that I was about to decide that I wasn't going to get a blip from them, either.  But I persisted and got this one of the seed in the air.  I still don't know if he spit it out or kicked it up, but there you have it!   I did manage to get another shot as one of the Chickadees was taking off with his seed in his beak, which I have put into the extras.  Thanks to sk for hosting.....I forgot to put the pink in the borders of my shots to remind you of Pinktober, but I would still ask you to click on the link below to help provide mammograms for those who cannot afford to pay
