The Hills!!

Juggling and planning..
so we can all be in the
right place at right time!

Ben set off on his adventure to an animal sanctuary today, it was lot of thinking and planning and packing to ensure he had all the equipment, clothes and meds he needed but he went off pretty happily and then I posted a birthday parcel, did some shopping and tidying and then packed me and Leo off for a couple of solo nights in the north pennines.  How exciting!  Traffic was a bit grotty but the weather was OK and we arrived by 3pm.  Since the Flea Fiasco is not yet a distant memory I wanted to make sure there were no eggs or anything lurking here so my first holiday adventure was hoovering, spraying and steam cleaning anything I could get my hands on and hot washing anything loose.. but after that I declared it was time for a walk and we snuck in a glorious nip up the fell before it went dark.  Excellent :-)
I did then ruin it by coming back and finalising my comments on the draft EHCP for Ben (sorry jp70!) but I feel better for having pulled it all together and sending it off.. tomorrow, hopefully, I can feel a bit more free! 
I've had photos of Ben having a ball at the sanctuary so that seems to be under control, Mr KCNQ2Haiku and Older teen are in charge of themselves  and I expect I shall go to bed soon.  Consider yourselves Up to Date!
