A wild Ben in the woods

Busy but pointless..
spent time making Roast Dinner
and helping builders :-/

So it's been a busy, doing nothing, sort of day.  I went to the tip with a load of cardboard this morning then set about making a roast dinner, first of the season for us, so it takes some time to 'get your eye in'!  All worked out perfectly, very tasty but then we had to clean up.  I had some people coming around in the afternoon because they're considering using the builders who did our extension four years ago and they wanted to hear from someone personally.  They were very lovely and I was happy to share, we like the builders and it encouraged us to hoover, mop and declutter a bit, so we're kind of winning!  We had a walk in the woods which is pictured here and now I'm ready for bed, having achieved very little!
