Another Mushroom

Found this today while out on my walk…not too far from the one I found yesterday…which I was looking for to see how it had changed, but could not see it. Illuminated with my little LED panel, this is a three shot focus stack.

I use Lightroom almost every day and today was notified of an update, but when I tried to download/install it said it was not compatible with the version of MacOS on my MacBook …needs a later version. However when I tried to update the Mac it said that it was not compatible with my machine. Checking the Mac update site, my machine is no longer supported for updates, it is a 2013 model, so I suppose 10+ years is a good run. It should continue to work and run my existing version of Lightroom…unless anything nasty happens. Fingers crossed….

We had our lunch ‘out’ today..in our village hall. Every Monday they do a lunch, usually a soup and/or a snack….today was carrot, sweet potato and ginger soup or cheese/onion quiche with salad. They also do cakes and tea/coffee, I had a ‘Bramham Scoundrel’ and tea, basically a ‘Fat Rascal’, but they can’t call it that as Betty’s would have something to say about it. A neat sidestepping of the trademark name!! Anyway it was a bargain..two soups, roll, two cakes and two teas cost us a fiver!! Very nice too.
