Crinkle-cut daisy

Long night last night watching what turned out to be the final race of the America's Cup v Ineos Great Britain.  Great to see Team New Zealand nail it after what's been a long event.....the Kiwi boat just looked better all round.....  Can't help but feel the excitement levels may have been a little higher though had it happened here in NZ not half way round the world in Barcelona but that's the way it was.  Three AC's in a row...........that's pretty impressive.

As was this lone daisy I fouind in the garden.  All other daisies on the plant are plain leaved but this one stood out because of its crinkle-cut curled up petals.  No idea how it got to be like that.......maybe, like Team NZ, it just knows that to make a significant mark on the world you have to dare to be different.
