Three stalwarts....

Only three brave bowlers came out to play today at the Godstone Bowls Club. Too hot to do anything much really! The roofers I hadn't noticed until cropping my picture, seem too weary to get on with their job too. But still I am not complaining. The sun makes everything so bright and beautiful!

And we had a lovely picnic in the shade of the copper beeches round the edge of the Green, finishing up the left overs of the too much salad we had bought over the weekend.
