Fading Hydrangea flowers

 Even in their final days Hydrangea's still look pretty.

A very wet start to the day, but came out bright and sunny this afternoon.

 I had to wait for a call from the clinician re my repeat prescription. between 1pm and 5pm. I waited kept my mobile with me all the time, I had specifically told the girl to tell him to ring my mobile, No call. then I suddenly had a thought so we checked the house phone, it had recorded 4 blocked calls, the reason I had specified my mobile, because my house phone is set to block any calls that register an unrecognised number, allow only those that do, and family registered on my phone.  Why can't people do as we ask.
 Now I have to ring on Monday and make another appointment. The last time it was a 4 week wait till today. It will take ages to get through and I have a dentist appointment on Monday at 12noon so will have to leave to catch the 10.45am bus  at the very latest. Grrrr... I am so mad.

Now it looks like a bit of a storm is going to affect us tomorrow.
