Autumn light

Today is supposed to be the best day we can expect for a while. I’m still thoroughly enjoying my early morning swim as it’s helping my back. They’ve finished building the new spa at the club. I’m not particularly interested in their fancy stuff, but it has meant that our pool has been beautifully quiet. Long may it last.

The sun came out and the autumn colours started to emerge out of the soggy damp. I went over to Middleton Lakes, just a small stroll for now. 

I rather liked the boardwalk leading back to the car park. Extra : some of my garden colours.
