Elterwater

The weather forecast was promising so we headed into the Lakes for the day.  Fine weather didn't really materialise but we enjoyed the short  walk from Elterwater to Skelwith Bridge and back.  Lunch (of course) at Chesters was very tasty.

The lake road to Newby Bridge was flooded in several places after so much rain.

Good to get out.
