Dreich and more dreich here today, which doesn't really inspire me.

I have balanced the books and done other admin tasks and am somewhat of a loose end, unexpectedly.  Perhaps the weather will cheer up this afternoon and we can pop out.

On a brighter note, I had an email from a dear friend.  They are coming north for a few days and would like to meet up.  That'll be good.
