Happy Birthday to Me!

A respectable start to the day,, and a drive in the beautiful sunshine to get to Cliveden.  

Took the buggy (posh buggy these days) up the driveway.

A coffee and cheese scone - it wouldn't be the same without it - in a very cold cafe today!

A walk in the sunshine, but it was quite chilly and I left my gloves in the car.....

Then I took the buggy/posh taxi back to the car park and had a quick wander in the water garden where I spotted the fungi.  Also saw some beautiful flowers, and just look at the blue sky above the tower.

No visit to Cliveden without visiting the shop.  I bought some lovely big pansies, some new gloves for me and an art book :):)

Filled up with petrol, and popped to M&S on the way home for an M&S chinese lazy dinner for tonight.

This afternoon I've been resting.  I'm shocked I only did 2,000 steps today but am really exhausted and worn out.
