This way

I loved the way this feather, caught on a bramble became a sort of miniature Andy Galsworthy in the woods.  

I walked on my own in the morning as Dachsunds don’t do lashing rain and I wanted to try out the long waterproof James Murphy coat I’d bought on Vinted. It worked!   Woody and I walked over lunchtime but he didn’t enjoy picking his way through the sweet chestnut cases.  I popped into town to do some drop off and pick up of packages and cleaning. 

Had a couple of significant chats on zoom but it was generally quiet and I was fasting so enjoyed cooking myself something appropriate.  Have got very into cauliflower rice.  V got back from school and we watched Only Murders and an episode of Kaos which has sadly run out of steam.  And has now been cancelled which kills off one’s interest.
