I waited until 9 with hopes that the gloomy sky might part to reveal another sunny day, but I have been disappointed. 

It's a holiday Monday so I was expecting  quiet roads and I was right. I made the turn onto Mission Flats and had the road all to myself. 

I got a shot of my mountains while looking down Mission Flats Road. I took a look to the east along the river back towards the city. At the end of the road, I got a view to the delta and Kamloops Lake. The colours are all muted in the greyed light. It's not an inspiring day for photos 

I returned home with my breakfast and now paperwork is the order of the day. Yesterday I completed my itinerary and booked all motels for the trip south. Lots of little jobs to turn attention to in the next week.
