Big vagina energy!!

I've just had a brilliant day on a sile na gig making course, part of the Bandon Banshees festival;! It was run by the delightful Ann from Kinsale Pottery Centre and 15 women arrived in the town hall to take part - one brave man had made an inquiry but didn't turn up. We all seemed pretty familiar with siles na gig and got to work - an array of clay, tools and glazes before us. After 3 hours we had given birth to an astonishing array of siles, some pretty damn scary, as I reckon was the point - see collage!  Mine seems particularly alarming - you're going to have to guess,. As you can imagine, there were a lot of laughs but mostly it was intense creation and artistry.
