Scapa Flow

Apologies again for repetitive images that l take from the porch.  After an intensive burst of hedonism, things were more mundane today.  Went across to visit my Mum.  She had a fall yesterday, as evidenced by a bruised heid.  She also had a very long nosebleed the day before which required the intervention of ambulance and paramedics.  But she's made of tough material and was far perkier today than expected.  However, after an initial five minutes of clarity,  she became very confused by calling for my Dad.  He died 20 years ago; she also informed us l have two step brothers. We retreated at the sound of the lunch gong.  On the way home CMC treated me to a thoroughly deserved lunch.  I even bought a comic (The Observer) which rarely happens.
