And then . . .

On the third day of our London visit we met up with the younger two grandaughters. Maisie and Ella got a train in Sevenoaks and we met them at Charing Cross Station before walking to Covent Garden for lunch.

It was a lovely to spend a few hours in the delightful company of these two young ladies. Here they are as we stopped off at Pret on our way back to the station.

Yesterday
I wonder whether anyone worked out from the Extra photo that Gordon and Greg went to the football to watch Carlisle play Wimbledon. Wimbledon football team’s mascot is of course a Womble. I say ‘of course’ but these two girls had not a clue what a Womble was when we showed them that photo.
