Granny in charge

Apart from about 30 selfies taken by Ivy and several photos that are a blurry shot of Ivy running to grab the phone I don’t really have many pictures of babysitting this evening.   This however is my friend Jo who is going to be a granny imminently and came over to meet the babies and to keep me company.  And to share the load! 

I went up for an early lunch with Julien, a French producer I met ages ago at Series Mania.  We ate in the RFH as he was going to a film for the LIFF and I was glad to meet there as I’m doing the same tomorrow and hadn’t checked what the venue was. 

Went over to Stratford, one scary moment when they wouldn’t give me the keys to B&C’s flat as I am apparently wasn’t on the list.  Resolved when he realised he hadn’t listened to the fact that my surname was different. 

Jo joined me and we picked up the babies from nursery.  Usual chaos of bathtime and bedtime then Jo and i sat down to a simple meal for which I’d bought the ingredients on the way in.
