Holly

Woke to a beautiful autumnal day. 
I discovered that I had one pair of socks remaining in my drawer so sorted through the linen basket to get them into the wash with other like colours and in the process managed to tweak my back.. hmm. That was annoying. Not sure if it was bone or muscle but could barely breath as my back rib area was spasming.. . what a bore. Thankfully I managed to get downstairs in discomfort and swallow some breakfast in order to take some ibuprofen and that helped.. phew!
Went out to lunch with family and couldn't help admiring this holly tree which is heavy with berries.. it seems early to be noticing them but they looked glorious in the sunshine (not sure it really shows that well in the photo but look closely and you will see thousands)
Home and my husband is happily watching the first race between NZ and Gb in the Americas Cup.. it seems all rather technical with cyclists on board powering the electrics (WHAT??). The boat is barely in the water and there are cyclists on board.. is that really sailing?
