Fun

As I'm still limping I volunteered to help out at my local parkrun instead of running. It was surprisingly good fun, made better by the sun trying to poke itself out part way round.. 

Other than that it was window cleaning day (not me, a lovely man called Martin does pretty much every house on the street) and annual allotment rent. That was somewhat hysterical in itse own right as a group of slightly older people tried to get to grips with a dodgy card reader and an internet connection that wasn't reliable but we eventually got through it.

A quiet night tonight as Himself Is running the Royal Parks Half marathon tomorrow and needs to get up at silly o'clock to negotiate railway  engineering works to get there. I won't be far behind him to go and follow him round. Luckily I didn't get a place as I wouldn't be able to run it.
