Pretty special!

So this was an extra loop we spotted because we’re staying south for an extra couple of days to avoid mixed weather. The views were spectacular and I’m wondering whether Simon Warren is keeping this climb to himself! We came from the left and the ascent was in the most spectacular scenery. It had the added interest for Rich because he’s crossed the Bèrnia ridge as a scramble but the skyline was incredible (extra).

The bottom section was flattish for a long way so the average 6% gradient had to be made up somewhere ie near the top! My legs have a lot of cumulative fatigue so I was done in by the top but thoroughly loved it.

Fabulous descent and Rich had spotted a cycling cafe in Parcent for a bit of sustenance for the few miles back.
