Quiet Village Road

The name of the Finnish original is "Hiljainen kylätie", and I hummed this this morning when approaching the lake walking on a gravel country road with no cars around. The original song was released in 1953 and was written as a tribute to soldier friends that failed to return home after the war (WW II). The picture was taken around sunrise time. So were the extras.
