Llandudno Aurora

After an afternoon wandering around Llandudno, we went to see a magnificent, very dark and sinister Rigoletto, performed by the Welsh National Opera at Venue Cymru.

Then, on a chilly evening, we walked along the Prom. By the naked eye the northern lights were hardly visible but through a camera the splendour became clear. I particularly liked those images with strong artificial lights, on Llandudno's pier and from the coast of Lancashire, on the horizon to the north-east.
