Down the bank, beside the river……

……… Maisie has taken a dip. ……. And a drink of the fresh, clean, clear water. There is a string of deeper pools in this discrete little section of the Taylor River. Depending on whether or not there has been some flooding after heavy rains, enough to scour out some pools, this place provides for some quick dips for humans during hot summer days. The locals know the spot whereas other folk may walk past the area not knowing about this little special place…..
