Second display

Friday 11th October 2024

Having been out to see the aurora at Cartmel last night I sat up processing my photos. After midnight, an alert came in of a bigger storm, so I looked out of my South facing window and enjoyed watching another display over the bay. I'm amazed I didn't drop my phone the way I was holding it out of the window! 

After breakfast it was time to say goodbye to everyone. I stopped at RSPB Leighton Moss for a couple of hours of bird photography, then continued home. 

This evening I had a meal out with A.
