Exciting new growth

We spent an hour this morning sorting things out to go back in the vestry cupboards. Finding everything is going to be fun! 

The other week I cut down my umbrella plant as it had lost all its leaves and was only growing from the top. It is good to see the new growth starting, although I think I cut the stem to low down. I'm wondering whether it will grow a new stem or only just leaves on the bit left? I've also got other sections I cut off which I'm trying to persuade to root. They are also growing new leaves. We'll keep an eye on progress.
