Red Admiral

Had a wonderful evening in the garden last night watching the Aurora! The local facebook group was abuzz with news of it and it was just wonderful to see it with the naked eye - it was that strong no camera was needed! Unfortunately my camera skills with aurora photography is pants so didn't get any good shots - maybe next time!

And the weather today has been glorious - even a slight frost this morning,  but wall to wall blue skies! We decided to stay home and get a few jobs done in the garden, including putting up some new solar lights so will see how those work later - maybe with another aurora to witness!
