Sedbergh WI Bookclub

A lovely sunny day and a Bookclub meeting to attend with yummy cake. We had been reading When God was a Rabbit by Sarah Winman. I had read this some time ago in another bookclub and couldn’t remember the story at all. I thought I would remember it but I didn’t. The strange thing was that having reread it for a second time about a week ago, I hardly remembered it. The book split the group. Mostly they loved it, but a few of us didn’t. There were some very funny bits but for some reason the book didn’t do it for me.
